Estratto di curcuma Super Bio-Curcumin®, 60 capsule vegetariane

Three weeks in and my joints feel noticeably less creaky after my morning runs, which is exactly why I grabbed these. The capsules are small enough to swallow without that awful horse-pill struggle, and since they’re vegetarian I don’t have to worry about any gelatin.

I’ve only been taking these for two weeks, but my usual post-workout joint stiffness is noticeably calmer by the afternoon. The vegetarian capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave that weird aftertaste some turmeric supplements do.

My knees stopped aching by the third week, and I’m sleeping through the night again. The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave that weird aftertaste I’ve had with other turmeric brands. Sixty of them lasts a solid two months, so the price feels fair for the results.
