Mega GLA Sesame Lignans, 30 softgels

The sesame lignans are a smart addition here—I've noticed my joints feel less achy after a few weeks of taking one daily with breakfast. The softgels themselves have no aftertaste, which is a relief since I'm sensitive to fishy supplements. Happy with this as part of my morning routine.

The softgel size is easy to swallow, which I appreciate since I struggle with bigger pills. I've been taking one daily after lunch and noticed less stiffness in my hands by the second week, so the sesame lignans seem to be doing their part.

Three weeks in and my knees don't crack when I stand up anymore—the sesame lignans really seem to be doing something for my inflammation. The softgels are easy to swallow, which is a win for someone who struggles with bigger capsules.
