أسيتيل-إل-كارنيتين، 500 ملغ، 100 كبسولة نباتية

The 500 mg capsule is easy to swallow and I’ve noticed a steadier mental clarity during my workday, not a sudden jolt. It’s been about six weeks and my mood feels more balanced too, which I wasn’t expecting from a supplement. Definitely part of my morning routine now.

Three months in and my afternoon brain fog has lifted noticeably, plus the 500 mg capsules are easy to swallow with no aftertaste. I've also felt steadier mood-wise, which I wasn't expecting from a supplement. The bottle's lasted me ages at two a day, so the value's there too.

Took these for about six weeks and noticed my afternoon brain fog isn’t as heavy, plus the 500 mg per capsule makes dosing simple. The capsules themselves are surprisingly easy on my stomach, which is rare for me with supplements.
