Gamma E Mixed Tocopherols, 60 softgels

Three weeks in and my energy feels steadier through the afternoon slump, which I wasn't expecting from a supplement. The softgels are small and easy to swallow, and I appreciate that they added sesame lignans to boost the gamma tocopherols. Already reordered a second bottle.

I’ve been taking these for about three weeks and noticed my seasonal allergy symptoms feel a bit more manageable—the gamma tocopherols with sesame lignans seem to be doing their job. The softgels are easy to swallow and don’t leave any aftertaste, which I appreciate.

The sesame lignans are a thoughtful addition—my energy levels feel steadier since I started taking these with breakfast. The 60-softgel count is decent for the price, and I appreciate that the formula isn’t just plain vitamin E.
