Bone Strength Collagen Formula, 120 capsules

I was skeptical about another supplement, but the dual action of collagen plus chelated calcium actually feels different. I've been taking it for a month and my joints don't creak as much when I get up from my desk. The capsules are easy to swallow, which is a win for me.

The patented chelated calcium is the reason I picked this over cheaper options, and it's been easy on my stomach with no aftertaste. Three weeks in, my morning stiffness feels noticeably less, which is more than I expected from a supplement.

Downsized to two capsules a day and still feel my joints are more settled during my morning runs. The patented chelated calcium is a nice change from the chalky stuff I used to take.
