حمض ألفا ليبويك مع البيوتين، 60 كبسولة

My energy levels have felt steadier since I started these, and I like that the biotin is bundled in so I don't need a separate supplement. The capsules are small enough to swallow without a struggle, which is always my biggest hurdle.

The twice-a-day capsules are easy to work into my routine, and I appreciate that the biotin pairs with the alpha-lipoic acid for that extra nerve support. Three weeks in, I feel like my energy has a steadier baseline, which is exactly what I hoped for from an antioxidant formula.

My bloodwork numbers have been looking better since I started these, and the twice-a-day schedule is easy to remember with meals. The capsules are small enough to swallow without any trouble, which I appreciate.
