Tart Cherry 含 CherryPURE®，60 粒素食膠囊

Been taking these after my evening workouts for about three weeks now, and the muscle soreness the next day is noticeably less intense. The vegetarian capsules are a plus for me since I avoid gelatin, and the tart cherry extract concentration seems to do the job without any stomach upset.

Took these after my evening runs and woke up with noticeably less tightness in my legs than usual. The capsules are easy to swallow, and the standardized extract gives me confidence I’m getting real antioxidant support without any chalky aftertaste.

The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave any weird aftertaste, which I appreciate. I've been taking them after my evening runs for about three weeks, and my legs do feel a bit less stiff the next morning, though I can't say it's a dramatic change.
