超級Omega-3 EPA/DHA魚油，芝麻木酚素與橄欖萃取，120粒軟膠囊

The softgels are surprisingly easy to swallow for their size, and I've noticed my joints feel less creaky in the morning since starting them. Three weeks in, the sesame lignans combo makes this a solid daily pick for me.

The IFOS certification was the big reason I picked these, and I’m glad I did—three months in, my morning brain fog is noticeably lighter. The softgels are coated just right, so no fishy burps even when I take them on an empty stomach.

The softgels are easy to swallow and don’t leave that fishy aftertaste I’ve dealt with before, which is a big win for me. I’ve been taking them daily for about three weeks and I appreciate that the sesame lignans and olive extract are all packed into one capsule instead of needing a second bottle.
