Robert X. ★★★★★

I was skeptical about capsule size given the 750 mg dose, but these are actually easy to swallow and don’t leave any weird aftertaste. Three weeks in with one before breakfast, and my knees feel less achy during my morning walks. The vegetarian casing is a nice touch for my stomach, too.

Thomas L. ★★★★★

After two months of taking one capsule each morning, my latest bone density scan actually moved in the right direction for the first time in years. The 750 mg dose is easy to swallow and I've had zero stomach issues, which surprised me since I'm usually sensitive to mineral supplements.

David ★★★★★

The vegetarian capsule design was a big plus for me since I avoid gelatin, and the 750 mg dose is straightforward to take with breakfast. I've been using it for a few weeks alongside my usual routine, and it's been easy to stick with.
