Pomegranate Fruit Extract, 30 vegetarian capsules

Two capsules a day and I've noticed my energy feels steadier through the afternoon, which is exactly what I hoped for from the punicalagins. The fact that each dose matches the antioxidants in 12 ounces of juice makes it easy to justify skipping the extra sugar and calories.

I was a bit skeptical about capsules replacing actual juice, but taking one of these daily has been effortless. Really nice knowing I'm getting the equivalent of 12 ounces of juice's punicalagins without all the sugar and mess.

I've been taking these for a few weeks now, and one capsule genuinely feels like it packs the antioxidant wallop of a tall glass of juice, minus the sugar crash. The fact that they're vegetarian capsules is a nice bonus since my stomach is sensitive to gelatin.
