Glucosamine/Chondroitin Capsules, 90 capsules

Eight weeks of taking these with breakfast and I can finally crouch down to garden without bracing myself on the way back up. The capsules are small enough to swallow easily, which matters when you're taking them daily.

Three months in and my knees don't creak when I stand up from my desk anymore. The capsules are easy to swallow and the 90-count bottle lasts me the full three months as directed.

My dog's been on these for about six weeks now and the difference in how he gets up from the floor is noticeable. The capsules are easy to hide in his food, and the 90-count bottle lasts a good while. He's moving much more comfortably now.
