無咖啡因超級綠茶萃取物，100 粒素食膠囊

I’ve been taking these for three weeks now and love that I get the EGCG benefits without any jitters—the decaf makes it perfect for my evening routine. The 100-capsule bottle is lasting me ages since it's just one a day, and I feel like it’s a solid boost for my immune system.

I've been taking these with my morning routine and honestly don't miss the caffeine jitters at all—the EGCG content is the real draw for me, and two capsules before noon keep my energy steady without the afternoon crash.

Capsules are small and easy to swallow, which matters when you take them daily. I do wish the bottle had a bit more info on EGCG dosage, but I’ve noticed a steady energy boost without any jitters or sleep issues.
