Cytokine Suppress® 含 EGCG，30 粒素食膠囊

The capsules are surprisingly easy to swallow for being vegetarian, and the EGCG plus bean extract combo feels like a gentle daily reset for my body. Three weeks in, my joints don't ache as much after long runs, which was the whole reason I started taking them.

I’ve been taking these with my morning tea for about three weeks now, and the vegetarian capsules are a nice touch since I avoid gelatin. The EGCG and bean extract combo makes it easy to stay consistent, and I feel like my body handles stress better without any weird aftertaste.

The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which i appreciate since i hate big pills. Been taking one after breakfast for three weeks and my knees feel less achy when i get up from my desk. The EGCG angle is what sold me, and so far it's delivering.
