骨骼修復菁英配方含超級維生素K2，120粒膠囊

My last bone density test actually improved after a few months on these, and the MK-4 form of K2 is the standout ingredient for me. The capsules are easy to swallow, no aftertaste at all, which is more than I can say for other calcium supplements I've tried.

I've been taking these with my morning meal for about two months now, and the MK-4 form of vitamin K2 is exactly what my doctor suggested for my bone density concerns. The D3 and calcium combo makes it a complete package, and I appreciate that I only need two capsules a day.

The blister pack makes splitting the daily dose easy, and I've had no stomach upset taking it with breakfast. Took about six weeks before I felt like my usual bounce was back, which is decent for a supplement.
