Life Extension Mix™ Capsules, 360 capsules

Opening the bottle, you can tell this is a serious supplement—360 capsules is a solid six-month supply for two a day. I’ve been taking mine after lunch for a few weeks now and it’s reassuring to cover my veggie gaps without actually having to chop five servings daily.

Two capsules a day and I can finally stop worrying whether I'm hitting those five servings of produce. The 360-count bottle lasts forever, which makes the price feel way more reasonable than I expected. My energy's been steadier since I started, no jitters or weird aftertaste.

I've been taking these for about three months now and my energy levels feel steadier through the afternoon, which is honestly the biggest win for me. The 360-capsule bottle lasts a solid four months at three a day, so it's easy to stay consistent without repurchasing constantly.
