Arginine Ornithine Powder, 150 grams

I've been adding this to my post-workout shake for about three weeks now, and my recovery feels noticeably faster than before. The powder dissolves easily in water without clumping, which honestly surprised me for an unflavored amino acid mix. My legs aren't as sore the day after leg day anymore.

Unflavored is a relief since I mix it into my morning smoothie and can't taste a thing. Two scoops post-workout and my legs feel noticeably less wrecked the next day, which is exactly what I hoped for from the amino combo.

Been using this after evening workouts for a couple weeks now, and muscle soreness the next day has noticeably dropped off. The 150-gram tub lasts a solid month and the unflavored powder stirs into my smoothie without clumping.
