PQQ 함유 슈퍼 유비퀴놀 CoQ10, 100 mg, 30 소프트젤

I've been on standard CoQ10 for years but switched to this ubiquinol version after reading about absorption, and I can actually feel the difference in my afternoon energy. The PQQ and shilajit combo is a smart addition, and thirty softgels lasts me a full month without any stomach upset.

The softgel size is a relief—small enough to swallow without a struggle, which matters when you take it daily. I feel a steady energy boost by mid-afternoon that I didn’t get from the ubiquinone version.

I’ve been on standard CoQ10 for years and never felt it doing much, but this ubiquinol version with PQQ actually gave me steady energy by the second week. The 100 mg dose in one softgel is enough that I don’t have to juggle multiple pills, and the shilajit addition is a nice touch.
