폐경 완화, 장용성 베지테리언 정제 30정

Took these for about three weeks before I noticed the night sweats finally backed off, and my mood swings have been way more manageable too. The tablets are easy to swallow and I like that they're vegetarian, which was a big plus for me.

The enteric coating was the selling point for me, since I have a sensitive stomach with most supplements. Three weeks in, my night sweats have gone from soaking to barely noticeable, and I’m actually getting solid sleep again.

I was skeptical about yet another menopause supplement, but after three weeks the 3 a.m. hot flashes have quieted down to maybe one a week. It's a relief to finally sleep through the night without waking up drenched.
