강화 슈퍼 소화 효소, 60정 베지터리안 캡슐

Finally, a digestive enzyme with 10 vegetarian-friendly capsules that actually tackles the protein-heavy meals I make with tofu and legumes. My post-dinner bloating has noticeably calmed down since I started taking one with my largest meal.

I’ve been on a plant-based diet for about a year now, and these capsules actually make a noticeable difference after heavy bean or tofu meals. The 10-enzyme blend seems to cover the bases without any bloating afterward, and the vegetarian coating is a nice touch.

The capsule is easy to swallow and the fact it’s vegetarian-friendly matters to me. I’ve noticed my stomach feels lighter after meals with beans and tofu, which used to sit heavy. This one’s a keeper for my plant-based routine.
