AmpliQ CoQ10TM, 100mg, 채식 캡슐 60정

I’ve been taking these for three weeks now and my afternoon energy slump is basically gone—the fact that it’s 24x more bioavailable than standard ubiquinone really seems to make a difference. The vegetarian capsules are easy on my stomach, which was my main worry with supplements.

The capsules are small and easy to swallow, which matters to me since I struggle with bigger pills. I’ve been taking one with breakfast for a month and my energy feels steadier through the afternoon, not jittery, just smoother. Glad I went with the more absorbable version.

Three weeks in and I notice I’m not hitting that mid-afternoon slump nearly as hard—the 100 mg dose with that 24x bioavailability claim actually seems to hold up for me. Capsules are small and easy to swallow, no aftertaste, and my energy feels steadier through the workday.
