PalmettoGuard® ソーパルメット、ネトルルート、ベータ-シトステロール、60粒 ソフトジェル

Three weeks in and I’ve noticed I’m not getting up as often during the night, which is a relief. The softgels are easy to swallow and the combination of saw palmetto with beta-sitosterol feels like a solid daily routine.

The softgel size is manageable for daily use—no chalky aftertaste like some other prostate supplements I've tried. Three weeks in, my nighttime bathroom trips have dropped from four to one or two, which is honestly a huge relief. Boron and the nettle root combo seem to be doing their job.

I was a little skeptical about another supplement, but the combination of saw palmetto and beta-sitosterol in one softgel is exactly why I picked this one. The capsules are easy to swallow and I've had zero stomach upset, which has been my problem before.
