Three weeks in and I’ve noticed my afternoon slump is basically gone—the 50 mg capsules are easy to swallow and don’t leave any weird aftertaste. The vegetarian shell is a nice touch for my stomach, and I feel like my energy stays steady through my evening workouts now.

The 24x bioavailability claim is what sold me, and honestly, I can feel the difference in my afternoon crash—it's just gone. The capsules are easy to swallow and don't leave that weird aftertaste. Three weeks in, my morning workouts feel less like a slog.

My energy levels are noticeably steadier since I started these, especially on afternoons when I usually hit a wall. The 24x bioavailability claim convinced me to try a CoQ10 without the absorption worries, and the vegetarian capsules sit fine with my dietary choices.
