Used it for a few weeks now during a rough travel stretch, and the extended-release half really does carry me through the night without that 3 a.m. jolt awake. Waking up feels noticeably less groggy than with plain quick-release pills I've tried.

John ★★★★★ Aug 19, 2026

Third night in a row I’ve slept straight through till my alarm, which never happens for me. The immediate-release part knocks me out in about twenty minutes, and the extended-release definitely carries me past the usual 3 a.m. wake-up.

Claire F. ★★★★★ Aug 17, 2026

Took one about 20 minutes before bed and the immediate-release part kicked in fast, no more tossing and turning. Woke up feeling rested after a solid seven hours, which is exactly what the extended-release side promised.
